Cooking Instructions

In a pan over heat, add the butter cubes until they melt and heat up.

Add the shrimp and sauté on both sides until cooked and colored, then remove to a plate.

In the same pan, add the flour and mix well.

Add the milk and stir well, then add the heavy cream, salt, and pepper to taste, and mix well until you reach a medium consistency, not too thick or too thin.

In a Pyrex or clay casserole dish, place half of the cream mixture, arrange the shrimp and green bell pepper on top, then add another layer of cream and sprinkle with mozzarella cheese at room temperature so it melts and gives a stretchy, beautiful color and shape.

Place in a preheated oven with the broiler on for 10 minutes until the cheese melts and browns.

Remove from the oven, ready to serve with toasted bread, pita, or rice pilaf, or anything you prefer. Enjoy! 😍♥️
