Ingredients

5 servings
  1. 1 kgIrish potatoes
  2. 1 tbspSalt
  3. 1 Tbspgrinded Red chillies
  4. 1 tsppaprika
  5. 1 tspGarlic paste
  6. Juice of 1 Lemon juice
  7. 1 cupGram flour
  8. 2 Tbspwheatflour
  9. Oil for deep frying

Cooking Instructions

    Peel, wash and boil the potatoes to tender and mash them

  2. 2

    Add the spices and mix well

  3. 3

    Make into balls and store in Fridge for 20 minutes

  4. 4

    Make the paste by mixing Gram flour plus wheat flour with water to make a thick paste, add some salt

  5. 5

    Heat Oil in a karai on medium heat, toss in the balls in the paste

  6. 6

    Cook them gently...turn and let cook on all sides..till golden brown

  7. 7

    Perfect tone

  8. 8

    Serve hot with Tamarind sauce. Enjoy!
