Sweet, healthy and soft chapatis. Even those who don't eat pumkin will droll for them.
Cooking Instructions

Gather all the ingredients together.

Mash the pumkin (remove the top hard skin) using a fork or spatula. Add sugar and salt to taste. Then add grated carrot and dhania and mix well.

Add the flour, and mix them while adding warm water bit by bit to make a neat dough.

Knead for 10 minutes to achieve the best dough. Add some oil and cover the dough. Let it sit for a while.

Roll the whole dough into a flat surface, spread oil using a pastry brush, then cut it into long slices and roll into medium sized balls.

Heat the pan, roll each ball into round shapes then place it on the pan. Brown both sides of the chapati then apply oil evenly and let it cook.

Serve with your favorite stew. Enjoy
