  1. 1cucumber
  2. 1small mango
  3. 1onion
  4. 1tomatoe (diseeded)
  5. 2 mlvinegar
  6. 2 mllemon juice
  7. Chillie(optional)

Cooking Instructions

    Chop onions and soak in salty water, to reduce bitterness

  2. 2

    Chop all other ingredients and mix together

  3. 3

    Drain water from onions and add in the mixture

  4. 4

    Add vinegar and lemon juice

  5. 5

    Sprinkle some chillie and enjoy
