Meltingly Tender Beef Tendon Curry Meltingly Tender Beef Tendon Curry
Beef tendon that's been cooked until it's meltingly tender in a pressure cooker is so delicious. Curry with lots of chunky vegetables is good, but curry with the vegetables melted into the roux is really tasty too!The key is to properly parboil the beef tendon with ginger to remove any gaminess. Avocado Chapati (Indian Bread) Avocado Chapati (Indian Bread)
Avocado is known as Butterfruit in India. Simple and quick chapati (roti – round flat bread) recipe enhanced with use of avocados. Avocados are not easily available in India, hence this very heart health ingredient is seldom used in Indian recipes. Avocados are loaded with heart healthy fats, which are good for controlling baad cholesterol. In this recipe mashed avocados are added to the flour during the kneading process. In this manner, rotis get a unique avocado flavor and all the fat from avocado make them super soft. So this is a great way to add avocados to your family’s daily diet without any extra effort.Medium avocados are recommended for this recipe. A medium avocado averages about 5 ounces. If using smaller or larger size avocados adjust the quantity accordingly. SaranyaSenthil -

Homemade Curry Bread Homemade Curry Bread
I took a recipe that I learned in a cooking class and arranged it with easier ingredient amounts and steps. Paired with steam buns, it was aimed at stay-at-home moms who have their hands full raising their children.I wanted to try coming up with a recipe for those of you without ovens or bread makers but still wanted to try making a nice side dish It's simple and delicious so please give it a try.Make sure to use fresh vegetable oil and fresh bread crumbs. Leftover breadcrumbs from frying the first time can burn, so please make sure to clean the oil out before frying the second set of bread. You can use cooled leftover curry from the day before as filling .If you refrigerate the onions after buying them, you won't cry when you cut them. Try it out! You won't need swimming goggles. For 8. Recipe by Pokuchan cookpad.japan
