Ingredients

  1. 1 cupcorn flour
  2. 1 cupall purpose flour
  3. 1/4 cupsugar
  4. 4 tspbaking powder
  5. 1/2tap salt
  6. 1 cupmilk
  7. 1large egg
  8. 1/4 cupoil

Cooking Instructions

    Preheat the oven, grease and dust your baking tin

  2. 2

    In a large bowl, stir together corn flour, flour, sugar, baking powder, salt until well combined

  3. 3

    In a separate bowl, whisk together the milk, egg and oil

  4. 4

    Pour the wet ingredients into the bowl of dry ingredients and stir till well mixed

  5. 5

    Pour in a baking tin and bake for 20 minutes or till skewer comes Clean from the middle
