Macaroni and cheese

I just love the taste of the dish and hope you like it too. I used spaghetti instead of macaroni but which ever you will use it will come out perfect.
Macaroni and cheese
I just love the taste of the dish and hope you like it too. I used spaghetti instead of macaroni but which ever you will use it will come out perfect.
Cooking Instructions
- 1
Boil water with salt and oil in a pot.when boiled place the macaroni in the pot so it cooks.
- 2
When macaroni is cooked remove from the pot and put in a strainer and wash it off to remove the starch.
- 3
In a pan, fry the mince meat and add some spices and salt. Then add mixed veggies and onions in the mince n fry. Put some tomatoes to make some soup or you can use tomato puree which ever you like.
- 4
Put the white sauce in a pan but I prefer making white sauce from scratch so I will upload another recipe for white sauce but there are sachets sold in the supermarkets. Put white sauce in a pan n add some salt and black pepper to taste.
- 5
Take the macaroni and put it in white sauce and mix.
- 6
Take a casserole dish and place the first layer of macaroni then take mince n put the first layer. Repeat the process and grate cheese on top.
- 7
Place in the oven for about 15 minutes so it grills on top.
- 8
Serve with butternut or garden salad or any salad you like. The picture there is how I arranged mine. Happy cooking chefs!!!

Rich American Macaroni and Cheese Rich American Macaroni and Cheese
I wanted to eat the macaroni and cheese with bacon that my husband makes.I begged him to make it for me.Just as I thought, macaroni made by Americans is delicious.Add the macaroni to the pot without boiling it first to let it absorb the seasonings, then bake it to give it a great texture.I used cheddar cheese and I recommend elbow macaroni for the pasta. Easy mac n cheese! Easy mac n cheese!
I used penne pasta instead of elbow Macaroni n I think it came out just as good. U can add bread crumbs to this recipe. If you choose too mid way through cooking cover mac n cheese with foil so the bread crumbs don't burn. U can also add bacon, ham or tomatoes before putting it in the oven as well. ;) curvy.n.sexii -
Best Ever Macaroni & Cheese Best Ever Macaroni & Cheese
This really is some of the Best Ever Macaroni & Cheese I've eaten. The sauce melts together with the cheese to give it a creamy dreamy consistency and the mustard & hot sauce gives it just a bit of a "twang" to make it interesting! Brenda -
Cheesy Mac and Cheese (without the mess) Cheesy Mac and Cheese (without the mess)
Since this is my recipe, of course I'm going to rate it 5 stars! Lol... Just a few notes though: I usually use the American cheese slices, and just break them up into little pieces. More recently, I've used Rienzi kids macaroni with carrot and squash to add the vegetable factor, lol. Also, while the bread crumbs add that extra oomph, they're not totally necessary. But when you add the crumbs, I sometimes put a sliver of butter on the corners of the pan, just so it doesn't burn. Hope you guys love it! (whenever possible, use low fat/reduced fat products... it comes out just as great!) The cover photo is from the first time I made it, and I have since improved my presentation, lol. msquietstormj -

I love the idea of Mac & Cheese but I'm too scared of the cheesiness that is a sacred part of it. This dish was a well researched one on the internet and customised to suit my taste better. Hope you like it. :) thelittlecurryball -

Macaroni and Cheese Macaroni and Cheese
I grew up eating a certain boxed mac and cheese. Never real homemade macaroni. I didn't understand what the big deal was until I tasted my former mother in-law's. Hers was AMAZING! I have been trying for years to get mine to be somewhere close to hers but to no avail. So I decided to ask around (couldn't ask my ex mother in-law) and after many holidays of trying different combinations, I think we've found the winning recipe! My family loved it so much this past Thanksgiving I had to make another pan of it today (3 days after thanksgiving!) I hope everyone else likes it too Beth -

You choose the cheese. However, a mix of White Cheddar and Parmesan, or Creamy Gouda are the go-to varieties in my house.Cavatappi (corkscrew macaroni) noodles are great if you can find them. Better texture and hold more cheesy goodness. Kamado John Wayne -
