Parmesan chicken over macaroni and cheese
My kids wanted Mac and cheese I wanted chicken Parmesan, and bam we have a new dish.
Chicken Parmesan is my favorite.
I was surprised that this turned out really good. Is something I will be making more often.
For picky eaters I didn’t add the chicken patty on top of the Mac and cheese.
A good side for this would be green beans
What I totally forgot to heat some up lol.
This did turn out to be a new family favorite.

Cooking Instructions

Make Mac and cheese, cover noodles with water, add salt 🧂, pressure cook on high for 01 mins, quick release, drain any water, add milk, cheese, butter, on sauté mode, mix occasionally, until cheese has melted.

Air fry chicken patties

The last 5 mins before the chicken patties are done add sauce on top of each patty, then cheese cook until cheese has melted

Place chicken patties on top of Mac and cheese

Notes- I would of used box Mac and cheese, but I didn’t have any, and it’s hard to find in stores now... so yeah... that’s how I quickly made some. Lol 😆

I grew up eating a certain boxed mac and cheese. Never real homemade macaroni. I didn't understand what the big deal was until I tasted my former mother in-law's. Hers was AMAZING! I have been trying for years to get mine to be somewhere close to hers but to no avail. So I decided to ask around (couldn't ask my ex mother in-law) and after many holidays of trying different combinations, I think we've found the winning recipe! My family loved it so much this past Thanksgiving I had to make another pan of it today (3 days after thanksgiving!) I hope everyone else likes it too

You choose the cheese.However, a mix of White Cheddar and Parmesan, or Creamy Gouda are the go-to varieties in my house.Cavatappi (corkscrew macaroni) noodles are great if you can find them. Better texture and hold more cheesy goodness.
