Ingredients

one
  1. 1/4 cupfinely chopped onion
  2. 1ripe Haas Avocado
  3. 1/2 tspfresh lemon juice
  4. 1large plum tomatoe,deseeded& diced
  5. 1/4 cupdania leaves&stems chopped
  6. 1/2 tspsalt
  7. 1/2 tspground cumin

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Add diced onion to a small bowl then cover with warm water, set aside for 5min then drain.This "deflames" the onions making them less intense

  2. 2

    Cut the avocado in half,lengthwise &remove the pit,scoop out the flesh &add to a bowl

  3. 3

    Add lemon juice then use a fork to mash till creamy,but still chunky

  4. 4

    Stir in the tomatoe,dania,drained deflamed onion, salt and cumin

  5. 5

    Taste the guacamole and adjust with additional salt or lemon jus,serve immediately or cover with a plastic wrap,refrigerate up to one day
