So my hubby bought quite a few avocado's the other day and I figured it was time to try out some guacamole. You could also add some Cayenne pepper to spice this up a bit but we served it with spicy nachos so it wasnt needed.

Ingredients

1large avocado
1small onion, diced
2small tomatoes, diced
Salt and pepper
About 1 tbsp white vinegar

Mash the avocado, dice the tomato and onions

Wash the diced onions and drain so they don't have such a strong flavor

Add everything in a bowl and mix, serve with tortilla chips or along with burritos or tacos.

As a kid I told my teacher I'd grow up to be a chef, well that didn't happen but I'm a chef in my own kitchen and that's great.
