Homemade guacamole is so delicious. Make sure when you get the avocado that the are slightly squeezable but not just giving away. Don't get the hard ones because the will be unripened.

1shallot diced
4small avocado
1/2 teaspoonkosher salt
3 tablespoonslime juice
To tastegranulated garlic powder

Steps

Dice the shallot. Remove the avocado from the skin.

Mash the avocado not smooth but chunky smooth. Add the shallot, salt, lime juice, and garlic. Mix well. Oh don't forget to remove the seeds. I hope you enjoy!!!
