Ingredients

  1. 1 kgfillet
  2. Oil
  3. Tomatoes 3 large
  4. 1onion medium
  5. Mixed herbs
  6. Salt

Cooking Instructions

    With clean hands scoop the fillet & roll into balls.

  2. 2

    Fry them and set aside, then cut the onions & start frying.

  3. 3

    Add the tomatoes and allow it to cook to a paste, then add the mixed herbs and fish balls.

  4. 4

    The end product.
