Ingredients

  1. 1 cup -idli
  2. 1 cup -Onion
  3. 1 cup Capsicum
  4. 2 tsp soya souce
  5. 2 tsp green chilli sauce
  6. as neededOil
  7. as neededSalt
  8. as neededSugar
  9. 2 tbsp tomato sauce
  10. 1 tsp turmeric powder

Cooking Instructions

    Take a pan add oil heat it add chopped idli fry nicely up to colour turns.
    Take another pan add oil heat it add Cumin seeds, Green chilli ginger garlic paste,onion,capsicum fry nicely add turmeric powder,sugar,salt, soya souce,Green chilli souces, tomato souces fry nicely.

    Finally add fried idli mix it properly service it with Tomato sauce.
