Ingredients

  1. 10-15mini idlis
  2. 1 tbspsoy sauce
  3. 1 tspolive oil
  4. 1/4 tspmustard seeds
  5. 1/4 cupbell peppers (any colour)
  6. 1/2tomato chopped
  7. 1/4 cupgreens of spring onions
  8. 1onion chopped in big pieces
  9. 1-2 tbsptomato ketchup

Cooking Instructions

    Take olive oil in a pan. Heat it up

  2. 2

    Add mustard seeds
    When they crackle.Add chopped onions and sauté just for 1-2 minutes

    Now add big chunks of pepper, tomatoes and spring onions.

    Addd little soy sauce and ketchup.Stir nicely

    Add idlies. You can use leftover idlies. If you have big ones then cut them in four

  6. 6

    Stir well so that they soak the sauces. Add more sauces if you need. Can add any colour bell peppers.
    Chilli idli is ready
