  3. 8tomatoes
  4. 2onions
  5. 6 clovesgarlic crushed
  6. Small piece ginger crushed
  7. 1 teaspoonturmeric
  8. 1 gblack pepper

  10. 2 cupswater
  11. C/oil

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Peel potatoes and bananas clean and cut into cubes

  2. 2

    Sautee onions add tomatoes, salt, turmeric, garlic and ginger cover for 5mins

  3. 3

    Add bananas, potatoes and black pepper cover for another 5mins

  4. 4

    Add water cover and lower the heat

  5. 5

    Enjoy with some veggies and protein on the side
