Simple stir fry of Choy Sum 😁. I smashed the Garlics without chopping so I could get a bite of it 🧘🏻. This recipe works with any kind of leafy vegetables though.

  1. 5cloves of Garlics (Smashed)
  2. Some dried anchovies (wash and drained)
  3. Choy Sum or any leafy vegetables
  4. One tablespoon of Oyster sauce
  5. Two tablespoon of oil

Cara Memasak

    Heat up the oil in a pan and fry the Garlics and anchovies. Fry till both ingredients turn brownish. I washed my anchovies with warm water so it wont get too salty.

    Then add in the leafy vege. Stir fry for few minutes. After that, add in the oyster sauce.

    Stir fry for another few minutes. I didn't add water. But if you want more watery gravy, can add water as much as you like. Also.. i like my vegetables not overcooked 😁. But if you preferred more cooked vege, can cook a bit longer till you get your desired texture.

    Taste the saltiness. You can add salt if you feel the need. I didn't add salt because the anchovies and oyster sauce are already salty 🤭. Enjoy!
