2nd day of home quarantine and craving to have ginger pork stir fry for lunch. Found Marion's Kitchen recipe online and decided to give it a try. Luckily i have all the ingredients at home.

To make a halal version of this recipe:
- Replace pork with chicken or beef
- Replace Chinese Cooking Wine with water

  1. Pork marination:
  2. 1teaspoon pounded ginger
  3. 1teaspoon light soy sauce
  4. 2teaspoon corn flour
  5. 1/2teaspoon baking soda
  6. Salt & pepper
  7. Sauce:
  8. 2tablespoon light soy sauce
  9. 2tablespoon oyster sauce
  10. 2tablespoon Chinese Cooking wine
  11. 2tablespoon dark soy sauce\
  12. 1teaspoon Chinese 5 Spice
  13. 1/2teaspoon sugar
  14. Other ingredients:
  15. Pork, sliced thinly
  16. 3garlic, sliced thinly
  17. 2spring onions, sliced 3cm long
  18. 2inch ginger, sliced thinly matchsticks

Cara Memasak

10mins (prep) + 10mins (cooking time)

    Marinate the pork slices with marination ingredients and keep aside while preparing other ingredients.

    Slice all the other ingredients such as ginger, garlic and spring onions. In another bowl, mix the sauce ingredients together. I forgotten to take the photo of this step.

    Heat up the pan with oil. Add the garlic, ginger and the white part of the spring onions first. Stir fry for about a minute.

    Add the pork slices and spread out the pieces. Stir fry the pork pieces till it turns slightly brownish on both sides of the meat.

    Pour the sauce over the meat and add in 1/4 cup of water. Let the sauce simmers till it thickens. Then add on the green part of the spring onion into the pan and mix it well letting it cook for about a minute.

    Enjoy the dish with white rice! YUMS!
