  1. Pancake mixture
  2. 1/2Chinese chives
  3. 50 gBean sprouts
  4. 1Whole egg
  5. 2table spoon All purpose flour
  6. 3table spoon Water
  7. 2table spoon Corn startch
  8. Sesame oil
  9. Dipping Sauce
  10. 2table spoons Vinegar
  11. 2table spoons Soy sauce

Cara Memasak

  1. 1

    Cut Chinese chives in small pieces. Cut bean sprouts in same size with using a scissors. Crack an egg, add flour, water and corn starch in a bowl together with vegetables.

    Add mushrooms or any other leftover ingredients or ingredients.

  3. 3

    Heat some sesame oil in a pan and pour the mixture. Use a spatula to make it round shape and evenly flat. When the one side is cooked, turn over.

    Mix vinegar and soy sauce to make a dipping sauce. You can add grated garlic, chili powder or sesame seeds too! Enjoy!
