Saka-Saka (also called Saca-Saca, Sakasaka and Pondu) is a Congolese dish made from cassava leaves. Central Africa people seem to be unique in their consumption of cassava leaves, which are cooked as greens. Elsewhere in the world, the cassava (or manioc, yuca, or yucca) plant is cultivated only for its tubers. Cassava leaves are found only in the tropics. If you can pick your own fresh cassava leaves, select the smaller, newer leaves; the larger, older ones are tough. Resipi ni hakak modified sedikit. Kalau ikutkan pucuk ubi kena tumbuk lumat / kisar. Tapi hakak just hiris sahaja. Yela sebab tak pernah makan yang versi kisar / lumat. Tu tak berapa berani nak buat tu 😅. Selainnya hakak ikut je resipi. Resipi ni sekali rasa macam tumis pucuk ubi ikan masin cenggitu lah. Cuma kalau pucuk ubi tu dikisar, tekstur hidangan agak berlainan lah daripada hasil masakan hakak ni ☺️

  2. 1/2biji bawang holland (dihiris)
  3. 3 ulasbawang putih (dihiris)
  4. 4ekor ikan telang masin

Cara Memasak

    Pucuk ubi direbus sehingga empuk. Angkat dan sejukkan. Kemudian dihiris.

    Panaskan minyak masak. Tumis bawang merah, bawang putih dan ikan masin sehingga naik bau.

  3. 3

    Masukkan pucuk ubi dan air. Masak sehingga mendidih. Tutup api.

  4. 4

    Sedia untuk dihidangkan.
