  1. 1 cupsabudana
  2. 1/2 cupsamak rice
  3. 2chopped green chillies
  4. 4 tbspcurd
  5. to tasteSalt
  6. as requiredOil for greasing

    Grind sabudana and samak rice to make flour.

    Add curd and salt.add enough water to make a batter. Leave it for 3 hours to ferment.

    After 3 hours boil enough water in idli cooker.

  4. 4

    Add green chilli chopped and water if needed. Grease idli mould and pour 1tbsp batter in mould. Steam idlis for 15 minute and than switch off the gas. Leave another 5-7 minutes in the cooker. De mould idli.

    Serve these steaming hot idli with sambhar. Enjoy your fast.
