  1. 1and 1/2 cup semolina
  2. 1/2 cup+ 2 tbsp rice flour
  3. 1/2 cupbesan
  4. 1/2 tspSalt
  5. 1and 1/4 cup curd
  6. 1and 1/2 cup water add more as needed
  7. 1/2 tspbaking soda
  8. as required Oil for greasing
  9. as required Already prepared sambhar coconut chutney,masala aloo for serving

    Take semolina, besan and rice flour in a deep mixing bowl.

    Add salt, baking soda and dry mix it.

    Now add curd and gradually add water and mix.

  4. 4

    Now cover it and left for 30 mins for set the mixture, after 30 mins if need add more water mix well and prepare a thick but pouring consistency mixture.

    Now grease a tawa with oil and wipe it, and pour a spoonful dosa batter over it on very low flame.

    Spread the dough evenly from all sides, pour few few drops oil over it and spread wait for 1 minute, when done leave out.

    Make other dosa like this, when done leave out.

    Now serve with already prepared, sambhar,coconut chutney and masala aloo
