Cooking Instructions

In a bowl mix the flour,salt,oil then oil add the water and knead to form a dough.close and allow to rest for 15-20 minutes.

In a non sticky pan add a little oil and onions fry for 1 minute add the ginger and garlic paste fry for 1 minute add the minced meat and stir occasionally add the seasonings curry and thyme keep stirring the meat occasionally until soft off the heat and allow to cool.

Bring out your dough dust a flat surface knead the dough and cut into 8 pieces make small balls with it.flatten all the dough add two dough together by spreading oil and flour between it.after finishing this roll out d dough to form a big thin circle then divide it into four

Mix flour and water to a thick consistency to use as glue.Fold in one side of the sheet and the flour mixture fold in the other side to form a cone add the fillings then add the flour mixture on the remaining angle side and fold

Heat oil and fry on a medium heat until golden brown
