I had a version of this milkshake when eating at an American style restaurant, and really wanted to recreate my own lower calorie version, so here is what I came up with...I hope you enjoy it!

Ingredients

1 milkshake
  1. 200 mlchilled unsweetened almond milk,
  2. 2 scoops(heaped tbsp) low calorie vanilla ice cream, (Asda),
  3. 2lotus biscoff biscuits,
  4. Low fat squirty canned cream (around 12g serving),
  5. Butterscotch zero syrup (I used Myprotein, optional),
  6. 1level tbsp granulated stevia sweetener,
  7. 1 tspmelted Biscoff spread, or biscoff sauce (alternative),
  8. You will need:
  9. 1hand blender
  10. 1tall glass and a straw to serve

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

Pour the chilled almond milk, Stevia and ice cream into the blender container and crumble 1 and a 1/3rd of the biscoff biscuits in also, saving the rest as garnish. Add in 2/3rds of the melted Biscoff spread.

  2. 2

Take the hand blender and pulse the ingredients together, then blend until nice and smooth.

  3. 3

Take your tall glass and squeeze butterscotch zero syrup around the inside of it, then pour in the milkshake. Squirt cream on the top in a neat swirly pattern.

  4. 4

Drizzle over the remaining melted 1/3rd Biscoff spread and crumble over the remaining 1/2th of a biscoff as a garnish. Add a straw and enjoy!

  5. 5

Each milkshake is approx 227 kcals! (this will vary slightly depending on which low cal ice cream you use, and whether you're using melted Biscoff or squeezy Biscoff sauce). :)
