Air fried potato wedges

Ingredients

1 pax
  1. 2potatoes
  2. Salt
  3. Pepper
  4. Olive oil / truffle oil

Cooking Instructions

    Wash and scrub the potatoes and cut it into wedges.

  2. 2

    Soak in warm water for 10-15 mins.

  3. 3

    Pat dry. Season with salt and pepper and drizzle olive oil or truffle oil.

  4. 4

    Place in airfryer and cook for 15 minutes. Serve with your favorite dips!
