    Wash your beans and remove skin, blend with peppers, onion and garlic. Boil your egg and dice. In the mixture add stock cubes spices oil egg and mix then tie in a nylon and steam in water till hard.

    Grate your pepper, cut your tomatoes and dice your onion and saute in a pan, add little oil and sprinkle spices for flavor. Add your picked mint leaves in small quantity for aroma.

    Bring down your bean cake and cool, remove from the nylon and serve with your sauce
