Ingredients

  1. ForBoling:-
  2. 1/2 CupThat dal
  3. 1/2 Cupmoong dal
  4. 1/2 Cuppotatoes
  5. 1/2 Cuppumpkin
  6. 1/2 Cupbrinjal
  7. 1/2 Cuparbi
  8. 1/2 Cupraw papaya
  9. 1/2 Cupradish
  10. 1/2 Cupraw banana
  11. 1/2 Cupbottle gourd
  12. 1/2 CupCarrot
  13. For Roasted dry masala:-
  14. 2 tbsp cumin seeds
  15. 3Dry red chillies
  16. ForTadaka:-
  17. 1Big size onion chopped
  18. 1Big size Tomato chopped
  19. 1 Teaspoonchopped garlic
  20. 1 Teaspoonchopped ginger
  21. 1 Teaspoonturmeric powder
  22. 1/2 tsp red chilli powder
  23. 2dry red chillies
  24. 2bay leaves
  25. 1 TeaspoonCumin seeds
  26. 2 Tablespoonsghee
  27. 2 tbspfresh coriander

Cooking Instructions

    Cut all vegetables in cubes.

    Soak daal for 15 Minutes.

  3. 3

    Rosat cumin seeds and dry red chilli on low flame and grind it.

  4. 4

    In a pressure cooker add dal, chopped vegetables, salt and water Cook it till 2-3 whistles.

    Heat the ghee in a pan.Add Cumin seeds, bay leaf and red chilli.

    Add Onion, chopped ginger, garlic and tomatoes. Now add the red chilli powder, turmaric powder. Stir fry for a few seconds.

    Now in this masala add cooked dal, vegetables required water stir it. Add salt and roasted ground masala and fresh coriander.

    Serve Dalma with steamed rice.
