Cooking Instructions

Chop fresh onion, red bell pepper, Scotch bonnet and spinach.

Pour oil on a clean pan, heat up oil and add chopped onion, red bell pepper and Scotch bonnet, allow to cook for 3minutes.

Add seasoning and spices, stir well.

You can add fried meat if you like.

Add spinach and cook for 5minutes on a low heat.

Break egg, add spices and beat it well.
- 7
Add egg to the sauce and stir it gently. Cook for another 3 minutes and bring down from heat.

Serve with boiled macaroni,rice,spag,boiled yam.
