  2. 700 gBeef
  3. Seeded Iru
  4. Ground Crayfish
  5. Pepper
  6. 1/2 tspSalt
  7. Palm oil 1cooking Spoon
  8. Sliced Onions

Cooking Instructions

    Season beef without salt so that the flavours will be effective for 20mins

  2. 2

    Cook it on medium heat with little water for 5 mins

  3. 3

    Add iru while cooking it, top up with little water

  4. 4

    Add all ingredients but not okro

  5. 5

    Cook for 4 mins

  6. 6

    Add okro(don't cover),cook for 1 min

  7. 7

    Turn off heat, enjoy with fav morsel...
