Ingredients

  1. 2 kgassorted meat
  2. 1 kgpomo
  3. 1stock fish head
  4. Dry fish
  5. 2full spoon of palm oil
  6. cubesKnorr
  7. Salt
  8. Crayfish
  9. Pepper
  10. Okro
  11. 1/2onion
  12. Vegetable leave

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Wash and steam the meat and stock fish with pepper, onion and knorr with little salt to taste before adding water to the pot the level you want and allow it to boil

  2. 2

    Once it boil add the palm oil crayfish and pepper cover it to cook for some time before putting the dry fish and pomo

  3. 3

    Stir the soup before adding the Okro with knorr cubes let it cook for 10mins before adding the vegetable leave

  4. 4

    Once it cook very well stir and taste to make sure everything is OK then you bring it down

  5. 5

    Meal is set
