  1. 200 gOkro
  2. 100 gAnghara
  3. 500 gBeef
  4. 100 gPonmo
  5. Seeded iru 1tbs(soaked in water)
  6. Dry pepper1tbs
  7. Ground Crayfish 2cooking Spoons
  8. Seasoning cube 2
  9. Palm oil
  10. Salt

Cooking Instructions

    Wash,season and marinate beef and ponmo for 1hr,add water,set on medium heat,when it boils for 3mins,add palm oil,iru,crayfish,pepper, seasoning,bring to boil, taste yo adjust with salt,add okro(pls don't cover the pot),stir,cook for a min,add anghara,stir,cook for a min,turn off heat,enjoy with favourite morsel!!!
