  1. 1/2 CupOgbonor(Grounded)
  2. 1small Okpei(Ground with d Ogbonor)
  3. 1 kgBeef
  4. 2Red onions (Sliced and grated)
  5. 10 sticksOkro(Grated)
  6. 1 TbsCrayfish
  7. 2 Tspdry pepper
  8. cubesKnorr
  9. 1Cooking spoon palm oil
  10. Salt

Cooking Instructions

    Wash ur meat and season with knorr,salt and sliced onions and Cook till it generates own stock,den add more water and Cook till soft.

    Wash ur Okro and grate,set aside

  3. 3

    In a small bowl pour in ur Ogbonor,add oil and mix properly,then add it along with d bowl inside ur post of boiling beef.

    Check to see if d Ogbonor has melted and set aside.

    Check ur beef if its done and d stock reduced,

  6. 6

    Add ur Ogbonor into d beef and add,crayfish,onions and dry pepper and Cook for abt 4 mins.

    Add ur Okro and Cook for anoda 2-3mins.

    Ur Ogbonor soup with Okro is ready.

  9. 9

    Can serve with any swallow of choice.
