  1. 200 gUgu
  2. 200 gOkro
  3. 100 gUziza
  4. 600 gPonmo
  5. 3 pcsFried Fish
  6. Others
  7. Palm oil 1cooking spoon
  8. Ground Crayfish 2cooking Spoon
  9. 1-2 tbsGround pepper
  10. Iru(seeded)
  11. CubeSeasoning 1
  12. 1 tspSalt

Cooking Instructions

    Assemble main ingredients,wash ponmo,season with pepper,seasoning cube and little salt,marinate for 1hr,to bring out the taste

    Wash and slice all vegetable,soak iru to make possible sand settle,after marinating, add enough water to boil ponmo,after 3mins,add palm oil,crayfish, iru,seasoning cube,bring to boil,add okro stir,boil for a min,add ugu,stir,boil for a min,taste to adjust with salt,add uziza last,stir,cook for a min,add fried fish,pls don't cover the pot,while cooking...turn off heat,enjoy with favourite morsel!!!
