Ingredients

Cooking Instructions

    Wash okro with salt and fresh water, cut into cube shape and set aside.

  2. 2

    Wash the snail, add salt, onions, seasoning and boil. Add stock fish and kpomo.

  3. 3

    While it's boiling, add palm oil and allow to cook. Add dry fish, crayfish, fresh pepper. Leave for 5mins.

  4. 4

    Then add your okro, leave for 2mins, add your Ugu and uziza leaf, stir and your soup is ready.
