Ingredients

  1. 32 ozbag shredded hashbrowns
  2. 16 oztub light sour cream
  3. 3 cupsshredded cheddar cheese
  4. 1/2 cancondensed cream of onion soup
  5. 1/2 cancondensed cream of chicken with herbs soup
  6. 1/2 stickbutter
  7. Note: add diced onion if you want to

Cooking Instructions

    Melt butter.

  2. 2

    Mix in soups, sour cream and cheese evenly.

  3. 3

    Slowly mix in hashbrowns

  4. 4

    Butter a 9×13 casserole dish

  5. 5

    Spread into dish and bake at 350° for about 45 minutes. Edges will be crispy and golden.

  6. 6

    Serve with sauteed yellow squash and bacon.
