Fresh Turmeric and Ginger Brew

Ingredients

  1. 1 1/2 InchFresh Turmeric
  2. 1/2 inchGinger
  3. 1 teaspoonHoney
  4. 1 pinchSea salt
  5. 2-3Black peppercorns

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    In a mortar and pestle crush together ginger and turmeric along with the peppercorns.

  2. 2

    In a pot boil a little than 2 cups of water.

  3. 3

    Switch of the flame, add in the crushed mixture and honey, cover and allow to brew for a couple of minutes.

    Strain, pour and enjoy!!
