Turmeric Ginger Squid with Bell Peppers

Ingredients

  1. 250 gramsSquid
  2. 1 largeSpanish Red Onion
  3. 3 cloveGarlic
  4. 1/4 smallFresh Turmeric Root
  5. 1/4 smallFresh Ginger Root
  6. 1/2 cupWater
  7. 1Bell Pepper
  8. 1Salt to taste
  9. 1 tspSugar
  10. 1Vegetable Oil

Cooking Instructions

    Rinse squid and slice it to your own preference, put it aside.

  2. 2

    Blend together Spanish Onion, Garlic, Turmeric root, Ginger root and Water in a food processor/blender.

  3. 3

    In a hot pan, saute blended mixture in the vegetable oil till perfumes.

  4. 4

    Add sugar in.

  5. 5

    Add cut bell peppers in, saute until slightly tender.

  6. 6

    Add the Squid in, Cook it to perfection.

  7. 7

    Add salt to taste.

  8. 8

    Serve with rice.
