Ingredients

  1. 1big tilapia fish
  2. lemon
  3. For the marinade;
  4. 2Seasoning cubes
  5. 3 tablespoonveg oil
  6. Garlic,ginger,black pepper
  7. Ready made ground pepper powder(yaji)
  8. For the sauce;
  9. Onions
  10. Bonnet pepper
  11. Green pepper
  12. Veg oil

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Wash your fish with lemon and salt then put in a colander to drain,Pat dry using a paper towel.

  2. 2

    Dissect the fish vertically (don't cut through) remove the intest and apply the marinade for two hours then grill.

  3. 3

    For the sauce,cut onions,grated bonnet pepper then stir fry with 2 tablespoon of oil and pour on the already grilled fish
