Cooking Instructions

Mix all ingredients with warm water and leave to rest for an hour.

Roll out and fry a tawa or frying pan on low heat. Cover amd let it rise.

When it has risen, quickly put on an iron rag and put directly above the fire, it will completely rise and make some brown circles on it. Return onto the frying pan and fry the other side then remove after some minutes. Fo thesame to the rest.

Serve with any soup or stew ofvyour choice.
