  1. Chicken breasts
  2. Teaspooneach ginger and garlic pastes
  3. I small can sweet corn
  4. 1big carrot
  5. 1small green bell pepper
  6. 3 spoonsoil
  7. 2 tablespoonscornflour
  8. cubesSeasoning
  9. Pinchsalt
  10. Curry,thyme
  11. Pinchturmeric powder
  12. 3 spoonscrushed fresh pepper
  13. 1onion

    Cut chicken breasts into cubes, wash and strain. Cut carrot and green pepper into cubes or julienne. Set aside. Slice the onion and dilute the cornflour in some water.drain the sweet corn,rinse and set aside.

    Place a pot or skillet on heat.add the oil and allow to get hot. Add the onion, ginger and garlic pastes and the fresh pepper then stir fry for 3mins.add the chicken breasts and salt and continue stirring until the chicken turns brown.add the carrot,stir for few seconds then add some water(depending on how u want the soup). Close lid and bring to a boil.add the seasoning cubes,curry, thyme and turmeric,stir.now gradually add the cornflour mixture and stir. Cook on low heat.

    Add the sweet corn and green pepper,cook for 3-5mins and your soup is ready. It could be served with anything of choice.
