Ingredients

  1. Minced meat
  2. Boiled egg
  3. Bread crumbs
  4. Flour
  5. Seasonings
  6. Garlic
  7. Ginger
  8. Bonnet
  9. Onions
  10. Egg

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    First mix the minced meat with seasonings, chopped garlic, ginger,bonnet and onions.

  2. 2

    Remove the egg shell and dust the egg with flour. Then scoop the minced meat and place on a nylon or cling film then place the coated egg on the meat, wrap up the egg and minced meat in the nylon and spread out the meat until the egg is covered.

    Remove it from the nylon and dip inside egg wash, then coat with bread crumbs and set aside. Do thesame dor the rest of the eggs and meat and fry on medium heat.

    Fry until its cooked and golden brown then serve.
