Ingredients

  1. 600 gall purpose flour
  2. 2 TBSsugar
  3. 1 TSPsalt
  4. 4 TBSoil
  5. 2 cupswater

Cooking Instructions

    Make your ingredients ready and set a side

    Put flour in a big bowl

    Add sugar

  4. 4

    Add salt

  5. 5

    Add oil

    Then finally add water and mix well to make a soft dough

    Let your dough rest for at least 15 minutes then fold in to a small round balls

    Roll out and apply some oil on it

    Fold as shown to create layers

    Cover and let it rest for 5 minutes

    Heat your pan and roll out as shown

    Cook till brown on both sides
