Garlic Soft Layered Chapati

#crosscountry, this is the second time I cook chapati the different between first one and second one is garlic, I added garlic on this one the taste was super yummy.
Cooking Instructions

Get your ingredients ready so that you may not ñeed any thing

Sieve your flour in large bowl

Add salt,sugar and oil and garlic

Add water to make a soft dough, cover and let your dough to rest for at least 15 minutes

Then roll out your dough in to small balls like 14-15 balls from your 700g of flour,

Then roll your chapati and apply some oil on top

Then make different shapes of chapati as shown

After that let your chapati rest for another 15 minutes

After 15 minutes your chapati is ready to roll out make sure to roll it not too thin and make it round shapes

Take it to pan and cook it till brown on both sides
