Mix the dried ingredients (I.e. flour and milk powder)
Melt the butter,whisk the egg and set aside.

Soak yeast and sugar in warm water for some minutes.

Now,combine all of up the ingredients,sieve the flour and add too.

Use twister to combine the ingredients very well.

If the dough is too thick add little water/warm milk.

Cover and keep it in a warm place to rise,like for 1-2hrs

When it rises, dust ur board with flour and knead it very well.
cut it according to ur desire and leave it to rise again,for about 20mnts.

Preheat ur oven and bake.
but for me I baked mine through sandy oil(local bake)
I also spread black seed on the top of the bread b4 I bake it.Enjoy.

#Abuja . Cooksnap Salaha Zaria . Pls when using ur pressure pot cooker pls n pls remove d nozzle and d round rubber that goes around d cover. It will bake and come out perfectly. I usually bake with electricity but After mixing my bread mixture Nepa took light . I waited from 11 till 1 am and I remembered that Brenda said something abt also being able to bake with stove or Gas and putting salt in the pot before ur pan but I used empty milk tins before I put my pan on it . Let Nepa not discourage u from baking o🤣this is for nepa🤪for nearly giving me HBP on dat day .
