Preheat your waffle maker. In a bowl, mix all the dry ingredients together very well

Pour in the beaten eggs, buttermilk, butter, and vanilla then mix until just incorporated (dont over mix because it will expel all the air and you will end up with waffles that are not fluffy. This is also important when making pancakes, never over mix your batter).

Scoop an adequate amount into the waffle maker and close it until its golden brown. Serve with anything you like such as tea, coffee, whipped cream, pancake syrup etc
