  2. Sliced Tomatoes
  3. Diced Green Pepper
  4. Sliced Onions
  5. CubeSeasoning
  6. Seasoned Parboiled Ponmo
  7. 1/2 tspCurry Masala
  8. Sunflower Oil
  9. Diced Habanero Pepper
  10. Salt

Cooking Instructions

    Season yam with salt,toss,fry till crispy, drain in a sieve,set aside.Heat oil in a sauce pan,add onions and Ponmo, stirfry for a min,add others, fry till tender, taste to adjust with salt or seasoning,add green Pepper last,Cook for few secs,remove from heat,enjoy!!!
