Super easy and yummy.

This was actually my first real attempt at pasta sauce. I think it turned out rather nicely.

Cook time about two and a half hours. You can speed up cook time by cooking the mushrooms and onions in a pan prior to putting them in the sauce. This sauce is not a sweet sauce. I make alot so i can freeze the rest being a basball mom i need stuff to just thaw and heat up. Even better the second day.

My sauce recipe has definately evolved over the years.It is a family recipe for sure since so many family memberscontributed their ideas and opinions as it evolved.

This spaghetti sauce it's from my mother she never used precise quantity so go for your own discretion and enjoy it. You can add ingredients in any order.

My kids said it was the best sauce I ever made.
