Ingredients

  1. Shawarma bread
  2. Ketchup
  3. Oil
  4. Seasoning
  5. Ginger and garlic paste
  6. Beef

Cooking Instructions

    Wash your meat,blend it or grind it,at ginger and garlic paste,oil,seasoning and spices then mix

    Cover with cling and let it marinate for 24 hrs in fridge. After 24 hrs remove the leather

    Put the marinated meat in a pan and cooked it for 3_5 min

  4. 4

    Take your shawarma bread,divide it into 2,apply ketchup to both

  5. 5

    Add the meat the first part and cover it with the second part..put it in a non stick and apply little oil..keep turning both side until golden brown

    Divide it into 4 or any desired size
