Cooking Instructions

preheat oven to 350°F

in large bowl combine ketchup - brown sugar and mustard. Reserve 4 tablespoons for topping.

To remaining mixture add Worcester sauce - onion powder - garlic powder - black pepper and egg. Blend well.

Mix in bread crumbs a little at a time until you have a moist mixture

Add ground meat. Blend well.

Shape into loaf in shallow baking pan and bake for 65 minutes.

Remove from oven and spread reserved mixture over the top

Return to oven for 15 minutes

Not to mention that, done right, it can be a really tasty plate of food.
