Cooking Instructions

In a metal / glass bowl add sugar,lime juice,zest,yolk and eggs then mix together

Double boil the mixture until it thickens stir constantly

Add 40g of butter,it helps to cool down curd

Strain mixture to a different bowl to separate lumps
- 5
Cover the curd and allow to set in the fridge for an hour
- 6
Whisk the whipped cream with flavor,icing sugar and cold milk also set aside.

Mix the curd and whipped cream in the same bowl,transfer into cups and garnish with sprinkles/lemon wedges..
