Cream your butter and sugar’s as seen in the picture

Add the eggs to the butter and sugar mixture,Add vanilla and mix,then add your flour,baking powder & soda. Mix well to form a soft dough

Add in your raisins (busasshen inibi) and mix.Refrigerate for 5 minutes and take it out

Make small balls and arrange on a baking tray. Use spoon or your hand to deflate the balls. Bake in a pre heated oven for 10 minutes or more (depending on how your oven works)

Arrange on a wire rack and allow it to cool completely. Enjoy 😉

Up here in the Pac NW a stone gives me a cookie that raises but doesn't spread. I prefer a flat cookie on a metal sheet but I add a minute of cook time for an air sheet.
